Analysis of Affordable Housing Supply Created by Unilateral National Housing Strategy Programs: A Research Report

Improving the National Housing Strategy (NHS) is one of the National Housing Council’s 3 priority areas for 2021-22. As such, the Council commissioned Blueprint ADE and the Wellesley Institute to conduct research that analyzes the Strategy and publish findings in a report. The report is titled “ Analysis of Affordable Housing Supply Created by Unilateral National Housing Strategy Programs”. This report examines the 3 major unilateral initiatives under the NHS: the Rental Construction Financing Initiative, the National Housing Co-Investment Fund and the Rapid Housing Initiative.
