The following privacy notices describe the review panel’s privacy practices as they relate to the collection, use and protection of participants’ personal information. Personal information is any information that can be used to identify a person such as their name, email address, or opinions.

1. Privacy Notice - Written Hearing

During the written hearing, some of your personal information, such as your name, email and opinions, will be collected under the authority of the National Housing Strategy Act for the purpose of informing the opinions and recommendations of the review panel.
